"Taglish” is the blend of Tagalog (the Filipino language) and English. This combination serves as the inspiration for Taglish, Filipino American Kitchen. We present a modern take on traditional Filipino dishes by utilizing local products and pairing them with the sweet, sour, tangy, and savory flavors of the Philippines.
